We are a small organization run by Doctors who work in the NHS and do part-time jobs to do assessments. We are online, which reduces costs such as renting buildings, recruiting receptionists, and paying business tax for the buildings. We can see more patients online than face-to-face, which helps to reduce the cost.

Diagnosis is provided by GMC-registered Medical Doctors who work in the Psychiatry/ Pediatrics Dept. Both the NHS and GPs accept it. We will send a report to the GP, who should be able to update their system. We follow NICE guidelines and DSM-5 Criteria for diagnosis.
The report is accepted by schools and councils for the Education Health Care Plan (EHCP).
ADHD medications are initiated and titrated by Specialist Services such as our own. Once the patient is stable on medication, we will ask the GP for shared care, which means the GP should be able to take over the prescription. Most GPs accept shared care, but some may refuse due to funding issues.

Once the invoice is paid, we need two teacher’s email addresses. We will send ADHD questionnaires for both teachers and Parents to complete. Once we collect all the information, a video appointment is offered to see the Child and Adolescent Consultant (CAMHS) Psychiatrist or Pediatrician, who will conclude the diagnosis. A report will be sent within three to five working days of the consultation.
Once the invoice is paid, we will send the Autism questionnaire, which takes up to 2 hours to complete. Once completed, a video appointment for an hour is offered with Speech and Language therapists or Psychologists for an ADOS assessment (Autism Diagnosis and Observational schedule) to assess communication and social skills. A report is produced within 3 days, following which a video appointment is offered with Consultant Psychiatrists for Developmental history, who will conclude the diagnosis at the end of the consultation. The cost is higher as two different professional consultations are involved in assessments.
